About Me

In March of 2015 I traded in alcohol for the gym and have not looked back. I used to dedicate quite a bit of time to drinking which freed me up to quite a lot of time I could spend at the gym! I went from 230lbs down to 170lbs in a complete body re-composition. It took a lot of time.. effort.. trial and error.. to get to where I am.. Now I am looking to be the source of inspiration/information that I wish I had when I started. Contact me and invest in yourself! You only get one body... Why not make it a Lamborghini?!
